2. Additional Shipping Fee

An additional shipping fee will be based on the product weight, when the total weight is beyond the free shipping 0.6kg, the shipping fee will raise $1 per 0.1kg. For GT/GT70, the shipping fee is based on the unit of order.

Please contact us if DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other channels are required.

 

3. Shipping Time

 Generally, most of our products are in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 workdays after your payment is verified. But in case any hot products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you asap to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestion.

 

4.  Delivered

For different countries and regions, shipping methods would be different. For most countries and regions, normally it will take about 7-15 days for the delivery. 

 

5. Trackings

A tracking number will be provided after shipped, and it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates. 

 

6. Address Changes 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
Important Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, resulting in a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer is responsible for the loss. Lumintop will not replace the order or issue a refund.

 

7. Notice:

 1) Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.
2) Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
