REPLACEABLE BATTERY?

If the battery is not replaceable, then you will have to throw your expensive flashlight away.

bad quality, worst customer service!

Got the thanos 2.0 from the website directly and in less than 2 week’s the flash light out of the blue stopped recharging! Do your self a favor and don’t buy any of their products not just for the bad quality but their customer service is even worse after reaching out to them they went on asking so many videos as a proof for the flash light not charging from asking me to send videos showing defect then a proof that battery is connected later a proof that the charger is connected!!!
I’ll be uploading video on YouTube showing the whole conversation and interaction with their customer service just to warn others to avoid being scammed! I’m even seen recording this as I’m writing it in case they delete the comment to show their deception.

Bad quality worst customer service!

Do your self a favor and don’t buy any product from them! I bought thanos 2.0 directly from them and in less than 2 weeks it stopped charging so i contacted customer service and instead of just saying sorry we will send you a replacement they asked for so many videos which i did and all of a sudden they dropped communication and totally ghosted me, I’ll be uploading the whole conversation as a prove to how bad their customer service on you tube and I’ll show how bad their flash light quality is! Avoid their products
