Not happy! I did not get my £60 item, Lumintop giving me a hard time!

This is my 6/7th order over £800 as I but Titanium lights! my last order, theor courier left package on the road as he could not be bothered to walk up and deliver to our door! Lumintop, EVEN after sending clear facts are giving me a hard time for a refund or a replacement on a £60 item! I even bought the "EXTRA" package protection insurance!!
