Awesome flashlight

This flashlight is great. I love the different brightness levels and its cool that you get a diffuser for it. I also love the construction, it’s pretty solid. Another cool thing is the clip it comes with, it allows you to wear it on your cap. I ordered the magnetic cap for it and it’s really good.

Even bettervthan expected since the 14500 battery included was at a full 1000 mAh, an improvement over the 920 mAh battery privided the past several years.

I also have the Tool AA 2.0 and the 3.0 has much improved runtime at the medium level of 130 lumens, which is what I use the most.

And not least: the lamp head uses the same thread as the Lumintop EDC15, so I can now have a very short Tool AA 3.0 head on an EDC15 body/battery container, with a twisty user interface. Perfect to live deep in my everyday pants.

Has LED’s in the tailswitch that cannot be turned off, big dealbraker for me. This is not mentioned in the description or manual. Tried contacting the company multiple times over the course of a few days with zero response
