I haven't received my Thor 3

I haven't received my Thor 3. It was a delivery logistics error where my package was delivered on a wrong address. they provided photo of the drop off which is not even close to my address I emailed and they say they will investigate. Need answer on my concern. Until now, the problem isn't addressed or resolved. My 221.00 is gone like a bubble. I'm expecting a solution on this especially my purchased was directly made from LUMINTOP.
